Houses 3000-5000 square feet                $250.00

Over 5000 square feet on a case by case basis

This includes two visits, the initial written report and unlimited phone and e mail contact until the property is sold or the project is completed.

If facilitation of repairs or cosmetics is necessary, my fee is $20.00 per hour.

I work with several home improvement professionals who will get the job done in a timely manner.
